<1> Requirements;
* Net assets (Assets minus Debts) under the company name shall be more than 10million JPY
* Total price of the net assets shall be more than 1/7 of the debts
* More than 8mllion JPY as cash shall be confirmed on the bank account under the company name
* Space of the office room used for Worker Dispatching Undertakings shall be at least 20u
* At least one responsible person acting for the dispatching undertaking shall be appointed,who has had job experience in more than 3 years’ employment management and attended a legal lecture sponsored by the Government to be eligible for such a person.

*Registration Tax:

<4> Schedule;
It may usually take around 2months ,including on-the-spot investigation by the labor administration office,from the date of application to issuance of license from the office.

For example,your application is to be accepted on the 20th  day of April

 

On the mid of May,there will be on-the-spot investigation over your company and other offices 

After your payment of Revenue stamp and Registration tax

Your license is to be got approved
on the 1st day of July
